Nothing Happens When I Click "Save to Lime CRM"

The task pane opens, but clicking Save to Lime CRM does nothing — no window appears.

The add-in opens Lime CRM in a pop-up. Allow pop-ups for outlook.office.com in your browser.

I Can't Find the Lime CRM Add-in in Outlook

The add-in was installed via the manifest, but no Lime CRM button appears in the Outlook ribbon.

• Reload Outlook after installing the manifest.
• Open an email — the button only appears in the ribbon when reading a message.
• Check My Add-ins in Outlook to confirm the add-in is listed and enabled.

Can't Sign In on Mobile (Error 530001)

Signing in to Lime CRM from the add-in in Outlook for iOS or Android fails, often with error 530001 or a "You can't get there from here" message.

This happens when your organisation uses Microsoft Entra Conditional Access. Conditional Access isn't supported for Office add-ins on mobile — see Conditional Access on Mobile for the full explanation. Use the add-in on the desktop or Outlook on the web instead.
