Mail Addin

The Mail Addin adds a Lime CRM button to the Outlook ribbon. Users open any email, click the button, and save the email (with attachments) as a record in Lime CRM — without leaving their inbox.

Features

  • One-click save of incoming or sent emails from Outlook directly into Lime CRM.
  • Attachments are included as separate Document records linked to the email.
  • Auto-filled fields so admins can pre-populate categories, types, or other properties.
  • Import tracking — the add-in remembers which emails have already been saved and shows a link to the existing CRM record.
  • Optional follow-up reminder when saving an email.
